A few thoughts about getting started with your own kiln.

Watch the video for the caveats and explanation Centigrade: 100°c/hr to 100°c. Hold for an hour or two. 250°c/hr to 1100°c. No hold. 50°c/hr to 1165°c. Hold for 10 mins -150°c/hr to 1050°c. Hold for 30 mins. Kiln off, natural cool. Ye Olde Nonsense: 212°f/hr to 212°f. Hold for an hour or two. 482°f/hr to 2012°f. No hold. 112°f/hr to 2129°f. Hold for 10 mins -302°f/hr to 1922°f. Hold for 30 mins.
