How to Develop Advanced Wing Chun Structure without Wasting Years!
In this video, I reveal my specific method for developing overwhelmingly solid Wing Chun structure in the shoulders and elbows coupled with what I can only describe as freakishly fluid hands. Why is this important? Because when you develop this level of independence in the joints of your arms, you can simultaneously attack and defend in close quarters with very little effort. This is the exactly method I use to help my Wing Chun students breakthrough the traditional time spent trying to develop what we at The Dragon Institute simple call independence. These exercises may seem very basic, but this is the first time I’ve ever shared this specific method to the public outside of my students.
