Difference between 9 Handicap and 2 Handicap in CRAZY WIND!?

Today I'm playing a 9 hole stroke play match against Jonny from ‪@JonnyPlaysGolf‬ . We are playing the back nine at Bracken Ghyll Golf Club and I get an extra shot on 4 holes due to the handicap difference.
