It's Christmas Eve and the final day of our Countdown with Stephen Doherty. Thanks so much to Stephen for his daily tune for the last 11 days. Every day over Christmas we will have a very special performance from one of the artists we have worked with this year. Cathy Jordan kicks off proceedings tomorrow with a performance inspired by ' a partridge in a pear tree' at 5pm. Stephen Doherty will also perform for us again on Day 6.
