CHEATING in World of Tanks! (read description!!!)

Imagine that you have a 99.99% chance of having at LEAST 3-6 CHEATERS PER SIDE using this CRAP in the game! Why does WarGa(y)ming(ling) allow this? My suspicion is that they would LOSE more than 50% of their player-base if they did something about it!
