In this new "Fat Cozy Challenge," I'll be living on various allergen-free diets for the next month. In this video, I'll be living Gluten-Free for 7 days. What's it like to have an allergy and not be able to eat everything? During Fat Cozy Allergy Month, I'll be testing a different diet each week for a month. What's it like to live lactose-free, for example, or if you're gluten-intolerant, whether you can find good substitutes in the supermarket. I'll also be talking to people who have allergies themselves. What's it like living with them? This month, I'll be trying the following diets to see if I can stick to them: FODMAP, Lactose-Free, Gluten-Free, and Nut-Free. I'm very curious to see how my body and mind will react. During this Gluten-Free Week, I'll try to make all my meals as gluten-free as possible. I'll also be visiting a gluten-free restaurant in Rotterdam and testing various gluten-free products from the supermarket.
