DIY Tutorial: De-Ringing Your Ring Binder // Filofax Malden

I’m sure you all have seen all the amazing de-ringed Filofax Maldens being shared on IG and YT. One of my favorite YouTubers is Daksina - her Stalogy is what dreams are made of. She manages to have a functional planner that’s fun and decked out. I’m in awe of her puffy Stalogy and her style and I love watching her videos and seeing her IG posts. I love them so much I couldn’t stop thinking about getting my own Malden. After watching the BST on Facebook I finally found a used one for a very good price and after some time I got up the nerve to de-ring it. I videoed the process and wanted to share it with you. I tried a few bit sizes before finding that the 3/16 was perfect for de-ringing and my Olfa cutter made removing the metal plate and pen loop a breeze.
