Confusingly the tape deck is a "Radio Shack TRS-80" which I'm sure is also one of their old computer models so I guess this tape deck was originally designed to work with that computer, maybe even sold with it. The Akai S20 from '97 has some decent features for reducing sample quality further so we can get into really extreme territory! There's also a tip for making lo-fi samples on the Koala Sampler too. #ChrisLody
