Planning Commission Meeting Recording - December 11, 2025

The City of Woodburn's Planning Commission met on December 11, 2025, to discuss two quasi-judicial items: MOC 25-02 & VAR 25-03 “MCHA Farmdale Apartments” The applicant applied for a Variance to strike a condition for a mid-block bicycle/pedestrian corridor, and to Modify a Condition regarding the cross access between the two newly created lots. ANX 25-01, SUB 25-03, & ZMC 25-01 “Mill Creek III”: A proposed annexation of four properties south of Parr Rd and west of Boones Ferry Rd as well as a small segment of Boones Ferry Rd right-of-way. Includes a large lot subdivision to divide two of the properties into eight large lots for future development. No development is proposed at this time.
