Granola Recipe:For the original recipe go follow Heidi!   / cfcvk6dj0rm   This is my version: 10 cups old fashioned oats 1 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips 1 cup peanut butter or white chocolate chips 2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup Coconut Stir together then add: 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 cup (2 sticks) melted butter 3/4 cup water 1/3 cup avocado oil (or another cooking oil. not olive oil though) 1 tsp. vanilla Pour onto two big cookie sheets. Preferably put parchment paper under it. bake at 275 for 20 minutes. Stir well to spread the chocolate chips. then bake another 40 minutes. Let it cool. then store in airtight container or freeze it.
