Raccoon Cake Tutorial

Hi, Bakers! I'm Crystal, The Cake Lady! Everyone is in love with the adorable WOODLAND ANIMAL theme right now--it is being used for Baby Showers and children's birthday parties left and right! You'll see precious little foxes, hedge hogs, deer, bears, owls, and of course....Raccoons! In this easy-to-follow tutorial, you'll see how simple it is to make a raccoon cake using buttercream, (clickable link to my homemade buttercream tutorial included around 2 minutes). This particular cake is just 6 inches because it is a SMASH cake (which is the tiny cake just for a one-year old to tear into at his or her first birthday party :-)),but you could make it out of an 8 inch cake and serve 12-15 people.
