How to Replace A Water Pump on a Lexus IS250
Video demonstrating how to replace the water pump assembly on a Lexus IS 250 series vehicle. This procedure is the same whether or not the car is front (FWD) or (AWD). The car being worked on has approximately 120,000kms and I was a little surprised that it needed a water pump so soon as there was a considerable amount of coolant leaking from the weep holes. When replacing the water pump always use genuine toyota pre mixed pink or if you still have new old stock toyota red coolant mixed with deionized or distilled water.
