Unplugged: Resilient Lady Virgin Voyages | Cruising Solo | 1st Day at Sea

Cruising solo hits different when you have a wife who truly understands you. Not every spouse would say, “Go unplug. Go breathe. Go enjoy yourself.” But mine did. As I board this ship and sail into ocean sunrises, sunsets, peace, and laughter with good people, I’m reminded that real love is not about control — it’s about support. It’s about having someone who believes in your need to recharge, reset, and come back better than before. I don’t take that for granted. After 30 years together, one thing I know for sure is this: having a partner who backs your mental health, your peace, your purpose, and your joy is one of life’s greatest blessings. So yes… I’m cruising solo. But I’m not alone. I carry the love and support of home with me everywhere I go. Take it in. Let it out. Breathe.
