FAILED TILE SHOWER LEAKING THROUGH CEILING!!! --- What did they Do Wrong???

This homeowner had water leaking through their ceiling and called a plumber to check it out. Upon inspection, the plumber found that the leaks were not coming from the plumbing pipes or drain.
