And anyone who has studied Shakti Dance® will also know the Celestial Communication that accompanies it. The 'Mool Mantra' is also known as 'The Ballard of Enlightenment', it reminds consciousness of its original state of Being. It was first pronounced by Guru Nanak in the 15th century, shortly after Self-realization. Repeating this 'Mool Mantra' induces a subtle state, tuning consciousness to that state of Guru Nanak at the time of its first utterance. Its repetition prompts awareness to become aware of, recognise and reflect upon its own Presence... And perhaps, as conditions ripen - to Self realise. The movement sequence of this Celestial Communication embodies and expresses the sound current and the meaning of this mantra. It coordinates and aligns mind, body and the pranic-flow to a state of balance, harmony and clarity.
