#MangoMilkPuddingRecipe #NoBakePuddingRecipe #CreamyMangoDessert #SilkySmoothMangoPudding Ingredients:- 2 ripe mango pulps 2and half cup milk 1 Table spoon rock sugar powder (Mishri)or sugar 2 Table spoon corn starch or custard powder Method:- 1. 2 ripe mangoes wash and clean properly, peel and take out mango pulps. 2. In a mixing jar add fresh mango pulps, 1 Tbsp rock sugar (mishri) powder or sugar, 2 ups of chilled milk, blend until smooth puree. In a bowl, add 2 Tbsp of corn starch or custard powder with a little cold milk to make a lump free slurry. 3. In a kadhai add the blended mango puree and cook on low flame continue stirring and bring to a boil. 4. Add the corn starch slurry into the mango puree and cook until the mixture becomes thickened as shown in the video (cook on low flame) 5. Turn off the flame. 6. Transfer the mixture pre-prepared oil greased bowl cover it with aluminium foil and allow it to room temperature. 7. Keep it in the refrigerator and set for 2 to 3 hours. 8. Once the pudding set removes the pudding and enjoy the delicious chilled "Mango Milk Pudding".
