Windows 11 Fix UEFI Boot Issues [Nvidia 2070 Gigabyte]
This video I had a problem with two monitors and uefi but it occured just also when the last session had no wallpaper memory. The reason it doesn't work is because with two monitors the "UEFI BIOS gets confused and we notice slight signal nods to either monitor but primarily NO signal." While you can unplug one monitor and the boot will succeed you can then replug in the second monitor and it should post as it did in my case. The exact reason it doesn't want to work is a mystery.
