Back to School | Developing future leaders
The foundation school phase has been identified as a critical start for learners to develop their literacy and numeracy education and skills. Greenside Primary School in the north of Johannesburg has been one of the schools offering a learner-centered education, enabling its learners to progress smoothly with excellent skills to senior school years. The school is also one of the oldest schools in the area at 81 years, has 500 learners and 28 qualified teachers. As part of our back-to-school coverage, this morning we are broadcasting from the Greenside Primary School and we are joined by the school's principal, Hajera Carim.
