We LOVE YACON and it grows really well for us here with the No Dig methods we use and this year we look set for a MASSIVE HARVEST! Yacon is a tuber from the Andes with HUGE potential we think and we are trying to get it more widely grown, known and used. In this video we show our harvest of both Tubers and Rhizomes from just 2 plants, we talk lots about how we Grow it here as a re-plant perennial, Protected it in colder weather and how we Store our Yacon, here in Zone 9a, South UK.
