Burton Step On Bindings Version 2 Issues - Toe Hooks Breaking

I had to share the issue i have had personally with the new burton step on bindings from the 2021-2022 season. After 4 seasons with the original pair with no issues. I bought a new designed pair for season 5 and had my 1st issue. A Broken toe hook in the middle of my day riding. have you had this issue or any other issue?
