Ingredients: One onion, chopped (200 grams) One tablespoon garlic (15 grams) Two tablespoons tomato paste (40 grams) One chopped bell pepper (140 grams) Chopped hot pepper (to taste) Boiled and shredded chicken (400 grams) – leftover chicken works perfectly! Two diced tomatoes (250 grams) One teaspoon each of cumin, coriander, paprika, and black pepper Salt (to taste) Fried potatoes (200 grams) Chopped coriander (for garnish) Bread (for serving) Instructions: Instructions: 1. Sauté the Onion: Chop one onion (200 grams) and heat a pan over medium heat. Add a little vegetable oil and sauté the onion until soft and golden. 2. Add Garlic and Tomato Paste: Stir in one tablespoon of garlic (15 grams) and two tablespoons of tomato paste (40 grams). Cook for about one minute to enhance the flavors. 3. Add Bell Pepper and Hot Pepper: Toss in one chopped bell pepper (140 grams) and chopped hot pepper to taste. Stir well and cook until the peppers soften. 4.
