Running Injured? Do THIS Instead!
My final vlog on the topic of running injuries……. Hopefully, I’m now on the mend and almost back to full health, after what seems like an age of restrictions and limited activity. I’ve been managing a hip/hernia issue since Oct 2025, and finally sought help in January 2026 after months of pain. Now in April 2026 I can finally say I’m almost there!
