Relicanth is the best new Pitch Black rogue deck!

Dragapult and Festival Lead are basically auto-losses, so naturally I faced 3 Festival Lead in a row early and multiple Dragapult. Had the match-ups been spread out like cheeks, I easily could’ve gone 11-7. **Tirtouga makes this deck work. Topping out at 160 (or 190 with a Brave Bangle) is rough. But it’s fast and can hit hard, it’s just prone to rough starts sometimes. Just avoid Dragapult and Dipplin and you have something that deals with single-prize decks like Toucannon and Hide n Sneak, as well as any multi-prize deck without Munkidori.
