Hello yogis and runners (and others)! Let anyone who hasn't committed the little sin of 'not stretching after a workout' cast the first stone! :D I know it's sometimes hard to motivate yourself to roll out your mat and stretch after a workout. Sometimes you just lack inspiration and ideas, so I'm sharing a ready-made one! A leg stretching yoga routine just for you :) Perfect after a running workout or any other workout focused on legs :) This session will be suitable for any skill level, and all you need is comfortable clothes and a moment for yourself :) Namaste!
