Gregory Porter (vocals) performs his original composition "On the Way to Harlem" alongside Helio Alves (piano), Terri Lyne Carrington (drums), Linda Oh (bass), Jeremy Pelt (trumpet), Erena Terakubo (alto saxophone) and Mark Whitfield (guitar) as part of the International Jazz Day 2022 All-Star Global Concert on April 30, 2022. The International Jazz Day 2022 All-Star Global Concert streamed live from the UN General Assembly Hall in New York, featuring dozens of acclaimed artists affirming the importance of jazz as a means of achieving unity and peace through dialogue and diplomacy.
