🦞 Ultra-simple lobster curry. Lobster, like many fresh seafood products, has become a true luxury... But sometimes, you just have to treat yourself! This curry is a pared-down, no-nonsense version, to best respect the finesse of this product. 🍅 At the time of filming this video, tomatoes were fetching €15 to €20 per kilo, and small chilies were approaching €30.
