Special Report :Kalyan-Dombivli Illegal buildings : कल्याण-डोंबिवलीतील 65 इमारती जमीनदोस्त होणार #kalyan #dombivli #municipalcorporation #illegalbuildings | SSK कल्याण-डोंबिवली महापालिकेच्या हद्दीत बांधण्यात आलेल्या 65 बेकायदा इमारती येत्या तीन महिन्यांत जमीनदोस्त करण्याचे आदेश उच्च न्यायालयाने दिले आहेत. खोट्या कागदपत्रांच्या आधारे महापालिकेची परवानगी मिळाल्याचे भासवून 'रेरा' प्राधिकरणाकडून बांधकाम प्रमाणपत्र मिळविणाऱ्या या इमारतींवर न्यायालयाने कठोर भूमिका घेतली आहे. न्यायालयाने आता तीन महिन्यांत या सर्व इमारती पाडण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत. त्यामुळे या इमारतींमध्ये राहणाऱ्या हजारो नागरिकांच्या डोक्यावर टांगती तलवार आहे. बिल्डरने, प्रशासनाने आमची फसवणूक केली आहे. त्यामुळे त्यांच्यावर कारवाई करा, मात्र आम्हाला बेघर करू नका अशी मागणी नागरिकांनी केली आहे. The High Court has ordered the demolition of 65 illegal buildings constructed within the limits of the Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation within the next three months. These buildings were granted construction certificates by the RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) on the basis of false documents, misleading the Municipal Corporation into granting permissions. The court has taken a strict stance on these buildings. The court has now directed that all these buildings be demolished within three months. As a result, thousands of citizens residing in these buildings are now under threat of losing their homes. The residents have stated that the builders and the administration have deceived them, and they have demanded action against them, but requested not to be rendered homeless.
