Randonnées d'automne (Embrun et Lus la Croix Haute), on en prend plein les yeux! 20-24 octobre 2025

Despite the catastrophic weather (thanks, Benjamin!), we still managed to complete three of our five hikes during our stay in Embrun (Hautes Alpes). During these hikes, we admired the most beautiful spectacle nature has to offer! There's no doubt about it, autumn is definitely the season for painters... These three hikes are from Visorando: Serre du Mouton and Lac de Saint Apollinaire, starting from Réallon Station https://www.visorando.com/randonnee-s... Canal de Reyssas and abandoned farms, starting from Puy Saint Eusèbe https://www.visorando.com/randonnee-c... Col de Tournerond, a panoramic loop starting from Les Amayères, a hamlet near Lus la Croix Haute https://www.visorando.com/randonnee-c... Due to the unpredictable weather, we changed our routes to adapt to the weather conditions as best we could. We even crossed the Col de Tournerond in the snow. However, the autumn colors succeeded in replacing the colors of the sky in our eyes! We'll meet again in the spring for new discoveries. Ciao!
