Adeyemi vs Presidency: Presidency Launches Investigation

President Bola Tinubu has ordered an investigation into the controversy surrounding the alleged Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council, as the dispute between the Presidency and Adeniyi Adeyemi continues. Presidential spokesman Bayo Onanuga says the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) will investigate the matter and submit its report within 30 days. The controversy centres on Adeniyi Adeyemi, who maintains that he was legally appointed to lead the council, while the Presidency insists the body does not exist under the Tinubu administration.
