Mossberg Turned The Aftershock Into A Different Animal

It had that old-school, shoot-from-the-hip, shotgun swag that just hits something primal in your brain. But the SPX is a different animal. The biggest change is the new tactical forend. The old strap worked, but this new textured forend gives you way more traction, more control, and a completely different feel in the hand. It turns the Aftershock from something that was cool to shoot into something that is actually fun to run. Then Mossberg added the OD green Cerakote, M-LOK slots, heat shield, QD ports, optic mounting plate, improved grip padding, and the whole gun finally feels like it knows exactly what it wants to be. This is the LCP of shotguns. Compact. Brutal. Personal. Weirdly practical in its own way. And absolutely dripping with aura. Is it the most logical gun in the world? No. Do I want to trick it out with every unnecessary gadget I can find? Absolutely.
