Do Nothing Tornado Cake + Garden Update

The cake turned out so delicious and was eaten up at church. I highly recommend this recipe! Do Nothing Tornado Cake Cake: 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 2 cups granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla 20 oz can of crushed pineapple Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl mix together all cake ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish and bake 40-45 mins. Topping: 1 stick butter 1 tsp vanilla 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 cup sugar 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup sweetened coconut In a medium sized pan, heat the butter, sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla until it reaches a boil. Mix in pecans and coconut and cook on medium heat for about 4-5 mins until thickened (stir constantly). Poke holes into the cake and spread topping over the still hot cake.
