In this video, I, Rodrigo, continue our series on the first 90 days at a company, now focusing on the Mid-level design professional. Following the success of the first video about Senior professionals, it's time to explore how a Mid-level designer should position themselves when joining a new company. We'll understand how to create connections, map processes, and adapt efficiently to ensure value delivery and continuous growth. Here, I cover each stage, from the importance of connecting with stakeholders and colleagues to understanding the challenges and opportunities that arise daily. We also discuss exchanging experiences with other designers, how to communicate and refine practices within the team, and the strategic mapping of areas that need improvement. Throughout the 90 days, a Mid-level designer also needs to communicate clearly, prioritize high-impact activities, and deliver results that demonstrate mastery of the product and the processes involved. We'll see how to delve deep into problems, adapt and refine strategies based on feedback, and how to plan the next steps to ensure continuous impact. In addition to all this, I share tips on how to acculturate to the company, integrating into new processes and values, while actively engaging with the team and projects. At the end of the three months, it's time to return to the initial learnings, review connections made, and ensure we're on the right track for success.
