Karume death

As the Kenyan flag flew at half mast for the second day in honour of the late environment minister John Michuki, the country yet again lost another veteran politician. Former cabinet minister Njenga Karume died at the Karen hospital after a long battle with prostate cancer. His body is lying at the lee funeral home. Karume had sought medical attention locally and in India but was rushed to Karen hospital last Friday after his condition deteriorated.
