Sear 350g chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then fry 250g onion. Add the pumpkin, 300cc water, and oyster mushrooms. Add 100g of chicken stock and 2.5 teaspoons of chicken stock, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 7 minutes, then uncover and simmer over high heat for 3 minutes. Add 300cc of milk, 1/3 teaspoon of salt, 3 shakes of nutmeg, and 3 shakes of pepper. Bring to a boil, then mix in a mixture of 20g of butter and 2 tablespoons of flour, and 35g of cheese.
