From Civil Engineer to FIDIC Asia Pacific Leader Er. Aditya Khanal is a Transportation Engineer, GIS Specialist, and emerging engineering leader with over seven years of experience in transportation planning, highway engineering, traffic studies, GIS applications, and infrastructure consultancy. He has contributed to several major transportation and infrastructure projects across Nepal, including urban transport systems, highways, tunnels, expressways, and regional trade corridors. Currently, he serves as a GIS Specialist and Transportation Engineer at Full Bright Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Future Leaders Executive Council (FLEC) of FIDIC Asia Pacific. He is also the Founder and Chairperson of Future Leaders Nepal (FLN), a platform dedicated to empowering the next generation of consulting engineers and industry leaders. A strong advocate for professional development, leadership, and youth engagement, Aditya is committed to creating opportunities for young engineers to connect, grow, and contribute to the future of the engineering profession.
