The Church in Laodicea Revelation

The Church in Laodicea is the last of the 7 churches that John was sent to take the prophetic message. These messages represented three things: the actual situation om the ground at that time; The conditions that individual Christians and corporate fellowships will experience; and The historic timeline of Churches right from Christ's ascension to His second coming. The message to the church in Laodicea represents the modern era that started around 1950 and will go on until Christ comes back. The church in this period of time is lukewarm - being lost in fake Christianity that is marked by love for money and materialism, selfish and lacking true devotion. Jesus is outside of this church and is standing at the door knocking to be allowed in Revelation 3:20.
