Our Very First Attempt at Making Wet Felted Doll Clothes! It really works!!

In this video, we make wet felted doll clothes. We used wool roving, bubble wrap, hot, soapy water, and craft foam to make these clothes. The craft foam serves as a resist, so there is space inside the clothes for the dolls! You could also use a thick plastic.. something that won't wrinkle or fold as you felt. The bubble wrap helps to agitate the fibers and get them felted, while also keeping them in place. Wet felting really is not very hard, but it does take time and patience! The results are worth it! We used a single color for each article of clothing, but you could make colorful patterns, too! I guess we'll have to wait for next time for that!
