A 300k Brevet is HARD! Humbled by the Humboldt Randonneurs Unknown Coast 300k Cycling
This video is about the Unknown Coast 300k, a world class brevet with the Humboldt Randonneurs, on the Lost Coast. The Lost Coast is a very remote area located in Northern California in the county of Humboldt. This video documents my first 300k. The ride itself is 305 kilometers, or 189 miles, and a claimed 15,000-feet of climbing. The roads are very remote, rough, and partially gravel in some areas. The scenery is world class. A huge thank you to the Humboldt Randonneurs and all the riders for their encouragement and tips on how to finish this amazing ride.
