SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 SIII GPS FIX WHEN SCREW TIGHTENING DOESN'T WORK *READ DESCRIPTION!
How to fix Galaxy SIII S3 that will not get a GPS location fix. This method should be used after trying to simply tighten the back screws. Two things to note: -The small tabs that make contact in the video need to be cleaned thoroughly and touched up with either dielectric grease or conductive grease (preferred). -These small contacts can also be slightly (AND GENTLY) bent "up" so they make even better contact. In other words, bend them slighly off the circuit board so they "push" harder on the contacts. -There are additional contacts below the main motherboard. If you want to take things a step further, then find another video on how to remove the motherboard (fairly easy) and also grease and clean those contacts as well. -The screws can be put back in place also utilizing red loctite.
