Masala Kitchen | Poonam Devnani Recipe INGREDIENTS: Ghee - 1 Tsp Vermicelli(Sevai) - 1+1/4 Bowl Milk - 1 Liter Green Cardamom – 4-5 Baking Soda(Sweet Soda) - Less than 1 Pinch Sugar - 1/2 Cup Almonds -Some Pistachio -Some Almondette Seeds/Chironji/Charoli - Some RECIPE Keep the pan on the flame, put Ghee & Vermicelli/Sevai in it. Then roast the Vermicelli/Sevai till it turns dark brown on a slow flame for 8-9 minutes. Then put Milk and keep it for boiling. Take some Green Cardamom and grind it coarsely in a mortar pestle. When the milk starts boiling then put the Cardamom in the kheer, a pinch of Baking Soda, some Sugar. When the sugar gets dissolve properly, then put nicely chopped Dry Fruits like- Almonds, Pistachio & Amonette Seeds/Chironji/Charoli in it. Cover it and cook it on a low to medium flame for 2-4 minutes. Keep it for a cool down, serve it & enjoy it.
