Slow motion scales and more! Harp Tuesday ep. 90
In this episode of Harp Tuesday, I have fun slowing down three short clips. To start is a look at a right hand scale, followed by the last page of Grandjany's "Rhapsody", and finally a short section from Anne Vanschothorst's "A Bird Came Flying" I had lots of fun with this - hope you enjoy! I will also be starting a new video series - "Slow Motion Monday". On the weeks when there is no Harp Tuesday I'll be posting a video on Monday of a short clip in real time, followed by a slow motion version. No commentary - just the slow motion. I'm excited about this idea, and I hope you'll tune in on Monday for the very first Slow Motion Monday :) (And if you have suggestions of things you'd like to see in slow motion, please let me know!) Cheers, Josh A Bird Came Flying is one of five solos in Anne Vanschothorst's book of the same name. Well worth getting - you can order it here: https://harpandsoul.bandcamp.com/albu... Here's a video of me playing it: • Josh Layne performs "A Bird Came Flying" b... And a Harp Tuesday episode on it: • An in-depth look at "A Bird Came Flying" -... ------------------ Harp Tuesday is once every two week video series about the harp.
