Welcome to Jane's House! Southern Victorian Restoration

A new channel for a newbie in home renovation/restoration. I purchased this new home in Mississippi and officially moved in on October 3rd, 2022. I planned on a kitchen renovation, just not so soon! So, due to a mold issue, I had to commit to just fully gutting the kitchen, pantry and hallway. The Subfloor was completely saturated and the joists were rotten so a full-scale replacement is underway. Stay tuned as I, Jane, dive straight into the deep-end of home renovation!
