COOKING DINNER IN REAL TIME FOR OUR FAMILY OF 9: CARAMELIZED ONION CHICKEN PASTA

Another day, another real time dinner cooking with a house full of children, 7 to be precise. RECIPE For 1.5 lbs of spaghetti I used; 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed) ans seasoned ( I used chicken powder, AP seasoning and italian herb seasoning to taste) CARAMELIZED ONION 8 onions 2 sticks butter 8 Tbsp oil 4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 Tbsp brown sugar 2 Tbsp chicken powder 1 Tbsp Italian herb seasoning 1 Tbsp MSG (optional) Cook down onions in oil and butter for 30 mins, add in vinegar, sugar and seasonings, cook for an additional 10 mins Cook pasta according to package instructions, i used chicken broth.
