LA CARBONARA ALL’ASSASSINA | SUPERNOVA IN CUCINA

Max Mariola is the MacGyver of chefs—or rather, cooks. A serious technical problem pushes him to create a recipe live at Supernova that could have revolutionized the world of carbonara forever. Along the way, he also explains how to evaluate a restaurant in a flash, asks us if it's true that the best fish is found in Milan, and even predicts the end of the world of food creators. Song of this episode in our opinion: Sound of Love – Bee Gees CARBONARA ALL'ASSASSINA RECIPE Fry some diced guanciale in a nonstick pan. Before it gets too crispy, remove it from the pan and discard the fat it releases. Now, throw the spaghetti directly into the pan (trimming them a little if necessary, so they can fit in the pan). Start cooking them in a risotto, gradually adding water to cook them. Meanwhile, prepare the cream with egg, pepper, and pecorino romano (at least one egg yolk per person, plus one whole egg). Once the spaghetti is al dente, combine everything and let the cream heat through but not thicken too much. Enjoy!
