7 episodes in and the support has been unreal to say the least! Genuinely appreciate everyone who has been tuning in and following along with this journey and motivating me to keep going, it's been amazing. This week was a good one. Started Tuesday with a chiro visit with Josh, that recovery work is easily becoming one of the most important parts of this prep. Friday was a big training day with Jam followed by a posing session later in the afternoon with my posing coach Josh (different Josh). And posing is no joke, holding those positions for that long is a different kind of cardio. In between al that there is some reflection on what actually matters right now, and the week wrapped up coming back from a wedding on Sunday. Prep is moving. Feeling good about where things are at.
