The other 3 campgrounds are Cape Point, Oregon Inlet and Ocracoke. Frisco Campground is generally open early April through late November and many campsites have ocean views. Hookups are not available, but each site has a table and BBQ pedestal. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, cold-water showers and trash collection. Cell service is fair in the area.
