In 2003, he established his independent studio and incorporated Groupwork as an Employee Ownership Trust, where he currently serves as chairman. In addition to managing the design and detailing of projects, Amin has been actively involved in teaching, writing, and lecturing on architecture. He has also served as a juror on the RIBA National and International Awards and supported property-related research groups and funds. Groupwork’s portfolio spans various sectors, including finely crafted homes, residential and office buildings, arts centers, masterplans, infrastructure projects, bridges, and metro stations. The practice is recognized internationally for its built work, boasting multiple RIBA National Awards, a shortlist nomination for the RIBA Stirling Prize in 2017, and two nominations for the EU Mies Award in 2019. www.groupwork.uk.com
