ProfessioneVite | Vendemmia selettiva: Braud 9090L con sistema EnoControl | Tenute Ruffino

The fifth leg of Professione Vite followed the harvesting of the New Holland Braud 9090 L grape harvester equipped with the EnoControl system. The Braud 9090 L is used by Tenuta Ruffino to mechanically and automatically harvest two distinct grape varieties based on the parameters emerging from the derived and prescribed maps. Since 2011, Tenuta Gretole di Ruffino, in Castellina in Chianti (Siena), has been conducting and implementing a precision viticulture project aimed at investigating and characterizing the variability of its vineyards in order to apply site-specific agronomic management and accurately and reliably define the quality of its grapes, destined to become Chianti Classico Riserva wines.
