How To Improve Your Fitness With The British Army Loaded March
The Loaded March is a relatively fast paced walk with weight on your back. It has the nickname "to go for a tab." TAB is short for Tactical Advance to Battle. In this video I head out for a tab and highlight a number of key area's and benefits that this form of exercise achieves. It is a staple form of physical training in the British Army and I try to get at least 1 session in a week. If you have any questions please leave them in the comments box and I will get back to them all. Stay focussed on your goals. #Army #BritishArmy #Getfitforthearmy If you are interested in a specialised six week plan to increase your bleep test score, dm me on my insta channel. Link below.
