Rap N’ Rhythm with Al Gee: Interview with David Ruffin from 1976
Presented by the United States Army Reserve in 1976, here is a rare interview of David Ruffin from the radio program, Rap N’ Rhythm with Al Gee. This interview provides meaningful insight into David’s upbringing, early musical influences, and experiences as an artist finding new success in the mid-1970s through his brilliant collaboration with producer Van McCoy. As a lifelong David Ruffin fan, I’m thrilled to share this relatively unknown recording in remastered quality.
